The first non-Wakanda character to become Black Panther is Steve Rogers. As we know, this character is known as Captain America, this superhero transforms into Black Panther on Earth-1610.
At the time, T’Challa decided to return to Wakanda, leaving Black Panther’s place in the Ultimates superhero group empty. That’s when Steve Rogers secretly assumed the identity of Black Panther. But in the end T’Challa and Tony Stark knew that Steve Rogers was the Black Panther.
2. Strom
The next non-Wakanda character to become Black Panther is Strom. This character is a mutant and also an important character in the X-Men story. Initially, Storm separated her powers from her body, and after her powers were successfully separated, Strom’s condition became chaotic.
