Caiera was originally a subordinate of the Red King, but in the end he teamed up with the Hulk to overthrow the Red King. After defeating the Red King, their relationship grew closer and Caiera became Hulk’s wife.
During this relationship, Caiera had a child with the Hulk, but before Caiera could give birth, she was killed by an explosion from the ship that dumped the Hulk.
