Capcom Releases Resident Evil 4 Remake Free Demo

Ahead of its release, Capcom has finally released a demo version of Resident Evil 4 Remake that comes free to fans. The demo, titled “Chainsaw”, includes a customized portion of the game’s initial opening.

This one brings a realistic graphical display with a higher resolution. In addition, Capcom will also modernize the graphics for more realistic game visualization and will update the Resident Evil 4 Remake controls to modern standards.

Resident Evil 4 Remake Latest Gameplay

Capcom shared a video showing a session where Leon is exploring the mining area, his fight against Garrador. Leon’s visit to the Merchant’s shop to buy and upgrade weapons, where we are also shown again the menu display and what items are sold there.

Capcom also shows the action of Leon who must survive while ensuring Ashley’s safety in the Castle area. Which is before he finally meets one of the iconic villain characters in this game, Ramon Salazar.

Resident Evil 4 Remake itself is confirmed to be released for PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS4, and also PC (Steam) on March 24, 2023. This game will also support gameplay with the PlayStation VR2 platform via free DLC.
