Sony Interactive Entertainment and Kojima Productions have announced the release date of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, which is June 26, 2025. Kojima Productions confirmed that Death Stranding 2 will open pre-orders on March 17, 2025 in a 10-minute trailer.
The trailer looks much more intense with visuals that are now very, very cool thanks to the much improved Decima Engine. Through the trailer, the developers introduced some new characters such as Neil (Luca Marinelli).
At the end of the trailer, his presence reminds us of Metal Gear Solid’s Solid Snake, right down to Don Lee’s Ma Dong Seok.
Death Stranding 2’s latest trailer not only features interesting story footage, but also showcases the gameplay aspects of the game.
Even though his main goal is to run and deliver goods, Sam will still have his share of shootouts and of course, cinematic scenes and beautiful scenery.
