The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) has just announced the winners of the 2025 DICE Awards, and one of the major highlights was ASTRO BOT’s win for “Game of the Year.”
The game has caught the attention of many fans with its innovative design and immersive gaming experience. ASTRO BOT ‘s success in this prestigious event shows how important creativity and quality are in today’s gaming industry.
With so many options available, this achievement is certainly proof that the game managed to leave a deep mark on the hearts of players.
DICE Awards 2025 Winners
The 2025 DICE Awards will honor 23 categories, with a total of 60 games released throughout 2024.
In addition to honoring the best games of 2024, the 2025 DICE Awards also celebrates two people who have made a huge impact on the gaming industry:
- Former executive vice president of operations at Nintendo of America, Don James, was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his time with the company and his support for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
- Founder and president of Insomniac Games, Ted Price, was honored with the Hall of Fame Award for all he has done for game development and “leading Insomniac Games for three decades and advocating for the First Amendment rights of game creators”.
