Electronic Arts (EA) and Battlefield Studios have officially announced that Battlefield 6 has sold seven million copies in just the first three days since its launch.
This achievement makes it the biggest launch in the history of the Battlefield series, while also setting the highest sales record of all time for the franchise.
Players’ Enthusiasm Breaks Battlefield 6 Sales Record

During its launch weekend, Battlefield 6 recorded more than 172 million online game sessions and surpassed 15 million hours of viewing across various streaming platforms. EA expressed its deep appreciation to the gaming community for their support from the development stage to the global release.
“First of all, we would like to thank our players. Battlefield 6 was built together with our community through the concept, Battlefield Labs, and a record-breaking Open Beta,” said Byron Beede, General Manager of Battlefield Studios.
He added that this launch is just the beginning of Battlefield 6’s long journey, with the first season of additional content coming soon.
Meanwhile, Vince Zampella, Executive Vice President of Battlefield Studios, also expressed his gratitude to the global team and fans.
“We never take moments like this for granted. Thank you to the entire community for making the launch of Battlefield 6 so historic,” he said.
Currently, Battlefield 6 is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
