Sloclap has announced that its flagship game Sifu will be heading to Steam and Xbox consoles in March 2023. Sifu was first announced during PlayStation’s State of Play event back in February.
Originally released on PC via the Epic Game Store as well as Playstation 4 and 5 and then Nintendo Switch. Sifu immediately caught the attention of gamers thanks to its unique difficulty level and age mechanics. No wonder the game was nominated for many categories at The Game Awards 2022.

Ready for Steam and Xbox
Sloclap has announced that Sifu will release for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and also PC (Steam) in March 2023 with a free update that includes an “Arenas” mode and more.
The “Arenas” mode will feature 9 stylish new maps, each featuring exclusive new challenges. These maps come with varying levels of difficulty and also add several hours of classic Sifu gameplay that fans love.
Successfully completing the arena progressively unlocks a huge new pool of modifiers. These double the number of existing modifiers and bring alternative moves to the main Kung-Fu pool. Completing the challenges of the new Arenas will also unlock new cheats and exclusive new outfits.
About Sifu
This game is a classic Jackie Chan-style martial arts theme, which uses martial arts techniques and objects around the player. Sifu focuses on hand-to-hand combat and allows players to fight several people at once.
In this game, players will play the role of a protagonist who wants revenge, by looking for the killer who slaughtered his family. On the way, players will meet a lot of enemies.
Adapting to a new environment and making use of surrounding objects is key in this game. One of the interesting contents in this game is that if the player dies in a battle. Then the player will return to life with new knowledge but with an aging physical condition.
Sifu itself is planned to be released for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam next March 2023, but still without an exact date. It is also unclear whether the game will also be released on the Game Pass service from the first day of its launch or not.
