Ubisoft and Ubisoft Bordeaux have moved up the release date of Assassin’s Creed Mirage from October 12 to October 5, 2023. Assassin’s Creed Mirage will take the cult cold-blooded assassin game series back to its roots.

This game will reduce RPG elements and raise more stealth characters. Later this game will bring the time setting around 860-870 AD and follow Basim as he becomes the Hidden One.

Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Mirage will feature the story of ‘The Forty Thieves’. Along with a distinctive figure in a hooded white robe armed with a flagship knife. In addition, it is also armed with various details of the typical cold-blooded assassin’s gear Assassin’s Creed.

In this series, players can perform stealth chain attacks on multiple enemies at once. However, this will require the consumption of a gauge meter that can be filled when Basim attacks enemies with stealth.

The Forty Thieves likely takes inspiration from the Arabian Nights legend translated by French translator Antoine Galland. The story follows Ali Baba, a poor woodcutter who discovers a secret treasure from a group of fearsome thieves.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage Release Date Moved Forward

As promised by Ubisoft, Assassin’s Creed Mirage will bring back the stealth gameplay formula. Throughout the video, Basim silently takes out enemies armed with weapons and bombs with various types of effects.
