However, The Dude’s request was rejected by Big Lebowski. The Dude then decides to deceive Big Lebowski’s assistant in order to take a carpet from Big Lebowski’s house that has the same name as him.
Outside Big Lebowski’s mansion, The Dude meets Big Lebowski’s wife, Bunny, and his friend, Uli. Not long after the meeting, Bunny is kidnapped. Big Lebowski asked The Dude to pay a ransom of one million USD.

The Dude takes his car back. During the trip, he notices a pile of documents on the back seat with the name Larry Sellers. He and Walter visited Larry to inquire about the whereabouts of the suitcase, but Larry claimed not to know.
