Cameos in Deadpool & Wolverine Movie
1. Happy Hogan
Happy Hogan makes his first cameo in Deadpool & Wolverine. Wade Wilson traveled to various universes in search of a job and visited Earth-616, the main Marvel universe. There, Wade applied for a job at Stark Enterprises and was interviewed by Happy Hogan.
Wade wants to join the Avengers but Happy explains that it’s not a position that can be filled haphazardly. Their conversation is quite long and Wade makes a joke about Happy’s past.
2. Thor
Members of the Avengers also make cameo appearances, albeit only in footage at the TVA office which suggests that they are from the main sacred world. However, there is one interesting thing that happens when Wade sees the scene where Thor cries because Deadpool is badly injured.
Paradox reminds Deadpool not to see the moment because he thinks it happened in the future and Deadpool saw it too soon. Whether this will actually happen or is just a joke is still unknown.
3. Henry Cavill
The next cameo in Deadpool & Wolverine is a variant of Wolverine. Deadpool travels the world in search of the right Wolverine. There, we’ll see different variations of Wolverine, including Age of Apocalypse, Patch, and the version of Wolverine that fought the Hulk.
Interestingly, there is a surprise where one version of Wolverine turns out to be played by Henry Cavill. Wade himself said that one of the Wolverine variants looks like Henry Cavill. However, when he turned around, it turned out that the figure was indeed Henry Cavill, the actor who plays the DCEU’s Superman.
4. Hulk
As mentioned earlier, Deadpool is looking to replace Wolverine from the Fox universe as the new Anchor Man. Wade then explored the various universes in the Marvel Multiverse to find a suitable Wolverine.
Apart from meeting Patch and Henry Cavill’s Wolverine, Wade also meets Wolverine from an interesting universe. In that world, Wade met Wolverine who was fighting the Hulk. Deadpool was bounced by the Hulk in this state.
5. Johnny Storm
While the appearance of Hulk in Deadpool & Wolverine as a cameo made audiences happy, an equally exciting surprise was the arrival of Johnny Storm.
After the fight between Deadpool and Wolverine, a character appeared who Deadpool thought was the good face of the Marvel universe. Wearing a blue outfit and red sleeves, Chris Evans appeared in front of Deadpool who mistook him for Captain America. 6. Elektra
After escaping from Cassandra Nova, Deadpool and Wolverine meet up with Dogpool and Nicepool. They borrow a car and fight in the forest before meeting Carmen Elektra, played by Jennifer Gardner.
Rumors about Elektra’s appearance in Deadpool & Wolverine had surfaced prior to its release. The rumors mentioned that Elektra would appear as a cameo. It turns out that the rumors were true and Elektra suffered the same fate as the other characters in the film.
7. Blade
The next cameo character in Deadpool & Wolverine is Blade. It is safe to say that Shawn Levy’s statement about the cameo is true. The director of the movie revealed that there was a surprise cameo that was unexpected and kept a secret beforehand.
Blade’s presence in this movie is truly remarkable. Wesley Snipes returns to play the character of Blade in the 1995 movie version. In a scene from the movie, Blade becomes one of Elektra’s partners hiding in a cave. Like Elektra, Mr. Paradox also made Blade to be in that place.
8. X-23
This next cameo is not too surprising as Laura or X-23 has already appeared in the trailer. She is one of the heroes in the Void who rebelled from Cassandra Nova’s oppression.
Laura Kinney, also known as Laura Howlett in Logan, also made a cameo appearance in Deadpool & Wolverine. She first appeared in Logan in 2017, which was also Hugh Jackman’s last appearance as Wolverine before he decided to retire and reappear in this movie.
9. Gambit
While it’s unlikely that a Gambit movie project will happen at this time, the character managed to capture fans’ attention in Deadpool & Wolverine.
Gambit made a surprise cameo appearance in Deadpool & Wolverine. However, in 2022, news surfaced that Channing Tatum was in talks to appear in Deadpool 3. And the news turned out to be true.
10. Hunter B-15
Hunter B-15 is a character from the Marvel Cinematic Universe who made a cameo appearance in Deadpool & Wolverine. He appears at the end of the movie when Mr. Paradox is shown to have committed an illegal act by activating the universe-destroying machine. We can see Hunter B-15’s new role in TVA, where he becomes the new leader.
