In celebration of America’s Independence Day on July 4, Anthony Mackie shared an image of Captain America ‘s new costume for Captain Amrica 4. After Steve Rogers chose to pass on the title and shield of Captain America to Sam Wilson, many problems arose. One of the most notable was the government’s disapproval of Steve’s decision to pass on the title to Sam.
That’s the storyline Marvel has been developing since The Falcon and The Winter Soldier series and the climax of the conflict will appear in the upcoming Captain America: Brave New World.
This is one of those movie projects that fans have been looking forward to, where there have been many reshoots, delayed release schedules, and even title changes.
It is known that the cast for Captain America: Brave New World has just completed the reshooting process.
Captain America 4 New Costume
To celebrate America’s Independence Day which happens every July 4, Anthony Mackie shared a photo showing him dressed as Captain America.
The photo features Mackie wearing the new Captain America outfit that will appear in the movie. From what has been seen so far, Sam Wilson has worn some of the new Captain America outfits.
Previously, it was known that the Captain America costume that Sam Wilson wears has a similar design to the comic version. In this version, the Captain America costume has a combination of blue and white colors, and Sam wears glasses.
However, later Sam Wilson got a new costume with a darker color design. The change in Sam Wilson’s costume as Captain America may be due to the cooperation he has with the government.
Captain America’s Cooperation with the Government
In the movie, Sam will have to collaborate with the government, especially president Thunderbolt Ross. Although Ross seems unhappy with Sam as Captain America and even produces conflict between the two of them, the president still hopes that Sam can carry out his duties well.
However, we are still waiting to see how the re-shooting process will affect the movie and how the costumes will look like.
