But that’s exactly what some horror movies show us. And the fact is, there have been several creepy dolls throughout the history of horror movies. But out of all of them, here are the 3 creepiest dolls in the history of horror movies.

Creepiest Dolls in Horror Movie

3. Billy (Dead Silence, 2007)

From the very beginning, the ventriloquist doll will always look and feel scary. Yes, you can see her face from the accompanying photo.

Named Billy, he appears in a horror movie by today’s top horror filmmaker, James Wan (The Conjuring).

In the movie, it is said that Billy became the medium of his deceased former owner, Mary Shaw (Judith Roberts). Mary does this so that she can terrorize all her victims.

And what’s even more terrifying is that, after committing his acts of terror, he then turns his victims into puppets like Billy. Featuring cool but not over-the-top performances and Wan’s signature direction and atmosphere, if you haven’t seen it yet, you’re missing out.

2. Chucky (Child’s Play, 1988)

Who doesn’t know about this doll and its movie franchise? Debuting in the first Child’s Play film, Chucky (Brad Dourif), immediately made the entire child/teen audience at that time scared to death with a doll.

Well, if we’re being honest, it’s actually not Chucky himself who suddenly comes to life and terrorizes the Barclay family. Rather, it was the spirit of serial killer Charles Lee Ray who entered the doll.

But still. Because of this, it makes Chucky a deadly scourge for a mother who is just an ordinary mall employee with her innocent son.

1. Annabelle (Annabelle Series)

Yep, which creepiest doll is open in the history of horror movies so far than this super creepy girl doll?

Since appearing in Annabelle (2014), the Annabelle doll has succeeded in making us cringe half to death with its truly creepy appearance. Even though the original doll is not that scary (far from it).

So from these 3 creepiest dolls in horror movies, which one still scares you to death when you watch it?
