DC Studios is reportedly working on a new film project that will feature two iconic DC characters, Bane and Deathstroke. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the two will take center stage in a film that is currently under development.
1. Matthew Orton Becomes Screenwriter
DC Studios has appointed screenwriter Matthew Orton to work on the movie that will feature the villain of the Batman movie. According to a report from Variety, the project is still in its early stages, and no actor or director has been appointed by DC.
Also, James Gunn and Peter Safran will not give their approval for the project until they are satisfied with the screenplay.
The existence of two antihero characters, Bane and Deathstroke, in one movie will definitely create a story rich in action and intrigue. Hopefully, this movie will explore the dark side and deep conflicts of the two characters, as well as show their interactions with DC superheroes.
