After years of being invited to join Marvel, Denzel Washington will finally be a part of the franchise. This announcement seems to indicate that the MCU movie roster will include major projects that have yet to be officially announced.

In an interview with The Today Show, Denzel Washington revealed that he will be cast in Black Panther 3.
The Gladiator II actor has yet to reveal details about his character in the MCU, only mentioning that Black Panther director Ryan Coogler is writing a role for him in the next film of the franchise.
Marvel Studios has yet to officially announce that it will resume production on Black Panther 3. Following the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in 2022, Coogler expressed his intention to continue the story in the Black Panther franchise, and it looks like the process is underway.
“I played Othello when I was 22, and now I will play it again at 70. After that, I will play Hannibal. Also, I’ve been talking to Steve McQueen about a movie. Furthermore, Ryan Coogler is writing a role for me in the next Black Panther,” Denzel said.
The statement from Denzel is certainly very interesting because it brings two incredible confirmations. This will be exciting news for Marvel fans.
