An informant named James Mackwl revealed the title of Doctor Strange 3. The third Doctor Strange movie will reportedly be titled Doctor Strange: In the Incursions of Insanity. While there has been no official confirmation from Marvel Studios, this information has quickly piqued the interest of fans.
Given its strategic positioning, there is a high possibility that Doctor Strange 3 will serve as an important bridge between the two Avengers films.
As we know, the theme of “incursion” or collision between realities has been introduced in the Multiverse of Madness and the Loki series. This movie therefore looks set to further explore the impact of the phenomenon in a broader and more complex way.
Doctor Strange 3 Rumors
At the end of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, you must still remember when Stephen Strange began his journey to explore a different universe with a mysterious figure named Clea.
Their adventure may be the beginning of rising tensions in the multiverse, which will culminate in Secret Wars. In this context, the title In the Incursions of Insanity is very apt-suggesting the chaos and repercussions of multiple realities beginning to fragment and merge with each other.
However, it is important to note that this information is still a rumor and there is no official statement from Marvel Studios.
Based on reports, the movie will air on November 6, 2026. Interestingly, that date is the only one left in the currently untitled sixth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. If this information is accurate, the movie will be released in between two other major Marvel projects: Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
Currently, there is no further news regarding the cast that will return in the movie. However, Benedict Cumberbatch will almost certainly return to play Doctor Strange.
