Disclaimer first for you before looking at some possibilities of Earth 838 MCU (Marvel Earth 838). Spoiler warning for those of you who haven’t watched the new Doctor Strange 2, this content contains many elements from the film.
For those who have finished watching the sequel of Doctor Strange, you can find some important characters when compared to the comic version. Yes, it’s about the Illuminati group that Wanda can execute very quickly. There are some things about the universe that have the Illuminati that Dafunda thinks are true.
What Does Marvel Earth 838 Have?
So much is possible in Earth 838 MCU, it’s just not confirmed for now. So, everything Dafunda says is just theory, you can believe it or not. Wanda Maximoff is the only very different one in the universe. It’s just that we can predict what happens to him, whether Vision survives and is a biological being here or a real human.
That’s one of them, we can explore other theories by using Marvel Comic Reference. But one more thing we can say about this is a theory as Marvel fans. There aren’t many scenes that explain what’s going on, but for Doctor Strange, it’s pretty self-explanatory.
Earth 838 MCU Already Got All the Marvel Comics Characters?
Showing the Illuminati a connecting unit, from the Fantastic Four, the X-Men, and the Inhumans, only confirms that Mutants, Inhumans, and many more types of Marvel Super Heroes really do exist in Earth 838 MCU.
Here are some hints regarding the cast of Reed Richard, Black Bolt, the female version of Captain America. Then the Captain Marvel variant, and of course also the cast for Professor X which is the same as the previous franchise.
If you want to connect all the characters that we can see, then the Mutant and Inhuman races already exist in Earth 838 MCU. There’s also all of Professor X, and there must be more than a dozen, tens, or even hundreds of other mutants.
For Reed Richard to represent his group, it meant his wife Susan, Human Torch and The Thing were already there. The leader of the Fantastic Four has left the universe with so many different types of heroes that we count almost on par with all the Avengers fighting Thanos. Not to mention their addition is Inhumans.
It’s really hard to think that the only Mutant in existence is Professor X. If that’s true, the Marvel Earth 838 MCU makes no sense. What do you think, is it like that mate?
Where is the Iron Man Variant?
Again, there aren’t many scenes that explain what’s happening in Earth 838 MCU. There’s one thing that fans really miss and want to be aware of, sadly it doesn’t exist. There were rumors about a variant of Iron Man played by Tom Cruise, and it didn’t really happen.
But we can see the Sentinel Robot, it looks like it was created by him. If he existed, maybe his fate was the same as the other members, they died.
Even in the comic version itself, The Illuminati has different members, even changing over time. In addition to Professor X, Mister Fantastic, Black Bolt, Doctor Strange, Namor, and Iron Man are members.
Feels natural about the different members of the Illuminati because The Avengers group itself is slightly different between the MCU and the comic version. The same will happen to the Illuminati. So don’t worry, the MCU version of The Illuminati may still appear in Earth 616 MCU.
But if we take a closer look, Sam Raimi actually seems to be doing something safe. If there are many cameos in Doctor Strange, maybe the audience can’t focus on Strange’s journey to the Multiverse.
Defeating Thanos
The MCU Avengers eventually defeated Thanos in the Endgame movie. But it looks like the Illuminati were able to stop the Mad Titan before it snapped. In Earth 838 MCU, Thanos was stabbed to death on Titan after facing the Illuminati. This means all storylines were cut off and then the blip from the MCU never happened.
Interestingly, despite defeating Thanos, the Illuminati had to deal with another very powerful being that caused mass destruction.
This might also change Loki’s storyline that he must die, and prevent Thor from coming to kill Thanos. But actually, for this one we can’t be sure, only Marvel Studios can determine it.
There are so many possibilities that could happen, but the ending of this Dark Hole is confusing. How did that happen? Again, there aren’t many scenes that explain what’s happening in Earth 838 MCU.
Secret War Started by Earth 838 MCU?
As is known, many representatives of superheroes were killed. This must make friends, relatives, or anyone they care about to be angry and vengeful. Perhaps, somehow representatives from Earth 838 MCU can visit the main universe of the MCU and seek revenge.
This makes sense if the Secret War takes place in the near future. If this theory is true, then Sam Raimi just has to build a way to make it happen. And one more thing we can say, so many possibilities can happen now because of the Multiverse Concept.
