Warner Bros. is back with another installment in the Final Destination series featuring the suspense and death of a new trauma. In the latest movie, Final Destination: Bloodlines, these threats continue to pursue a family. Final Destination Synopsis: Bloodlines tells the story of a family that faces the terror of death due to the actions of their ancestors.
Final Destination Bloodlines is a continuation of the Final Destination film series that first appeared in 2000. So far, there have been five films released in this series, namely Final Destination (2000), Final Destination 2 (2003), Final Destination 3 (2006), The Final Destination (2009), and Final Destination 5 (2011).
1. Final Destination: Bloodlines Synopsis
If in the previous movie people were saved by someone who came in time to avoid death, Final Destination: Bloodlines will present a story that involves multiple generations.
The sixth movie in the horror series tells the story of a college student who often has nightmares about his family’s death. He returns home to find the person who can stop it. As it turns out, her grandmother had saved many people decades ago. As a result, Death is now chasing after her entire family that shouldn’t exist.
The family was originally enjoying a backyard barbecue. However, we soon see how easily accidents can happen in everyday life.
At first, the get-together goes smoothly until one incident after another makes things thrilling. Just like in the other Final Destination movies, Stefanie has the ability to see what’s coming and witness how people around her can lose their lives.
2. Cast List and Showtimes
The cast in Final Destination Bloodlines is mostly new faces, such as Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Rya Kihlstedt, Anna Lore, and Brec Bassinger. The late Tony Todd returned to play the character of William Bludworth for the last time. Todd himself died in November 2024.
Warner Bros Indonesia has announced that the film will hit Indonesian theaters in May 2025. Although there is no exact date, it is possible that the movie will hit theaters in Indonesia one day before the global release on May 16, which is on May 15, 2025.
