The Academy announced the winners of the 2025 Oscar on Sunday night local time. Anora won the best picture Oscar this year. Meanwhile, Kieran Culkin won the Oscar for best supporting actor for his performance in *A Real Pain*.
On the other hand, Zoe Saldaña was awarded best supporting actress for her role in Emilia Pérez, and she became the first person from the Dominican Republic to be honored with an Academy Award.
In addition, the film “Flow” won the award in the best animated film category, marking the first win for Latvia at the event.
