About 2 years ago, Dafunda reported that the legendary pop singer Madonna, was busy working on a project with Diablo Cody. When this news came out, many believed that the two were working on a Madonna biopic.
And it turns out that the allegations are true. Even the actress who plays Madonna has been found. Specifically, the actress who played Ruth Langmore in the hit crime drama series Ozark (2017-2022), Julia Garner.
But when everything has been announced and it looks like it’s going to be smooth sailing, unfortunately recently there was some really bad news.

So as reported by Variety, this is due to Madonna’s 40-year career celebration tour which will begin in July 2023. In other words, with the tour that will be undertaken, the 64-year-old singer will be very busy and focused on her tour.
However, according to them, the ‘Like a Virgin’ singer still really intends to make the biopic. So yes, in other words, this project was paused.
Does it really have to be postponed?
