Villains that could be Kang’s Replacement Besides Doctor Doom

Apart from Doctor Doom, at least these 4 marvel villains characters are also very suitable to replace Kang the Conqueror in the MCU.

Since Jonathan Majors has been fired by Marvel from the role of Kang in the MCU, Marvel must at least find a replacement villain for Kang the Conqueror in MCU stories, especially in Avengers 5.

Recently, Marvel villains Kang the Conqueror was replace with Doctor Doom, who will be played by Robert Downey Jr, as the villain in Avengers 5. Marvel Studios also officially decided to terminate Jonathan Majors’ contract in the MCU. This means that he will no longer play the character of Kang the Conqueror.

Doctor Doom is the main enemy of the Fantastic Four. He first appeared in Fantastic Four comic #5 in July 1962. Victor Von Doom hails from the fictional Eastern European country of Latveria. Since childhood, Doom has been a genius scientist and expert in magic.

As a result of the accident that damaged his face, he decided to wear an iron mask to hide the damage.

One of the things that makes his character interesting is that he also has his own leadership and country. After staging a coup in Latveria, his home country, Doctor Doom became a harsh authoritarian ruler.

Doctor Doom also played an important role in the events of Secret Wars. In the villain camp, he decided to part ways with the other villains. Later, Doom revived Ultron and made him his man.

He ordered Ultron to destroy Kang. Doom’s efforts were successful, and Kang the Conqueror was finally “erased”. By defeating Kang the Conqueror, Doom officially became the strongest villain in Secret Wars and created more chaos in the event.

Apart from Doctor Doom, these marvel villains are also suitable to replace Kang the Conqueror. Who are they?

The first potential marvel villains to replace Kang the Conqueror is The Beyonder. In 1984, The Beyonder made his first appearance in the Secret Wars #1 comic. The creators of this character were Jim Shooter and Mike Zeck.

The Beyonder is an extremely powerful cosmic entity, created by Jim Shooter as the most powerful being in the universe. He comes from an alien race called the Beyonders and possesses almost unlimited powers, including reality-altering abilities and knowledge beyond human comprehension.

His powers are often described by Marvel as highly abstract. The Beyonder played an important role in the events of Secret Wars, where he forced a number of heroes and villains from the Marvel universe to fight each other on a planet he created called Battleworld.

The Beyonder is the cause of a major conflict between the characters. Considering Marvel Studios is making Avengers: Secret Wars, it’s no surprise that the Beyonder has made it onto this list.

He is the main cause of the Secret Wars event in the comics. However, it is possible that the cause of Secret Wars in the MCU will be different.

3. Annihilus

Annihilus is a creature from the Negative Zone, a parallel dimension full of negative energy. It has lived for billions of years and ruthlessly controls its territory. First appearing in Fantastic Four Annual #6 in 1968, the character was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, and has a giant fly-like appearance.

He has a creepy body with wings, claws, and a poisonous tail, as well as a helmet and shell. It has extraordinary physical strength, including high speed and endurance. In addition, Annihilus can control the negative energy of the Negative Zone and manipulate life and death.

Annihilus is often portrayed as the main enemy of the Fantastic Four. However, his incredible strength makes him a serious threat to the Avengers. Interestingly, Annihilus has the same goal as Kang, which is to rule the entire universe.

In the comics, Annihilus uses the Cosmic Control Rod which gives him the power to control cosmic matter and energy. Therefore, he could become a major villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a replacement for Kang the Conqueror.

2. Galactus

Before becoming Galactus, his real name was Galan and he came from the planet Taa, which was in the universe before the Big Bang.

Galan transformed into Galactus after joining the Sentience of the Universe. As a terrifying creature, Galactus consumes planetary energy to survive, which makes him a serious threat to Earth. He is depicted as a giant human-shaped creature with a unique uniform and a helmet covering his face.

One of the members who also has the task of finding planets as energy sources is the Silver Surfer. He previously came from the planet Zenn-La under the name Norrin Radd.

With the Fantastic Four appearing in the MCU in the near future, it’s no surprise that Galactus is also a suitable character as the villain to replace Kang the Conqueror. Officially, Marvel Studios has also announced that Galactus will be the villain in the Fantastic Four MCU.

1. Mephisto

Mephisto

Mephisto is one of the most powerful entities in the Marvel universe. Although he is not actually a true demon, Mephisto rules in different dimensions. However, because of his creepy demon-like appearance, Mephisto is happy for people to refer to him as a demon.

Mephisto first debuted in the Silver Surfer #3 comic in 1968, the work of Stan Lee, John Buscema, and Joe Sinnott. The character often appears in various forms and diverse appearances, depending on the storyline and other characters he encounters.

In addition, Mephisto has the ability to manipulate reality and often appears in a form that is frightening to his enemies.

His age is so long because he can manipulate his immortality. Even when Mephisto has the Time Stone, he can easily control time to his liking, which can lead to destruction in the world.

Until now, Mephisto has never appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). However, there are many rumors about his appearance, and the latest rumor says that he will be present in the WandaVision series.

While not a villain associated with the multiverse, Mephisto can be considered a fearsome foe for the Avengers. His character is also not very complex, so he can be introduced quickly as a villain without having to appear in multiple movies.

These are just a few of the other villains that would be suitable replacements for Kang the Conqueror besides Doctor Doom. Given how dangerous they are and the interesting backgrounds of the characters, it would be very interesting if they could be present in the MCU in the future.
