Nathaniel Richards or Mister Gryphon has ties to the Fantastic Four through his relationship with Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic. He is an ancestor of Reed Richards and has interacted with members of the Fantastic Four in several comics.
The news about the production of this film has not been officially confirmed by Marvel Studios, but there have been many rumors circulating about the film. Reportedly the production of this film will be carried out this year, and Tom Holland will soon announce it in the near future.
