Marvel has finally announced the official release schedule “Daredevil: Born Again” will air on Disney+ on March 4, 2025. They made this announcement at the 2024 New York Comic-Con (NYCC) panel. The two main stars of the series, Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio, were present to provide the information.
1. May 2025 to be the release date of Daredevil: Born Again
Daredevil: Born Again will be Daredevil’s first solo project under Marvel Studios. Previously, Daredevil successfully appeared in the Defenders Saga on Netflix. Since it was first introduced at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, Daredevil: Born Again has undergone several changes, including a reduced number of episodes.
Originally, the series was to consist of 18 episodes for its first season, but during the announcement at NYCC, the number changed to 9 episodes. This decision sparked a lot of discussion among fans, but still, interest in the project increased. Until finally Marvel officially announced the release schedule for Daredevil Born Again as March 4, 2025.
One of the most exciting things about “Daredevil: Born Again” is the return of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, as well as Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk or Kingpin. Both actors previously gained much acclaim through Netflix’s Daredevil series, which ended in 2018.
In addition, Cox also recently appeared in another Marvel series, “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law”. In the series he returned to play the figure of Daredevil after several years of not appearing on the screen.
