Here is the list of winners of the 2024 Oscars. The movie The Zone of Interest (2023) has won two awards, namely Best International Feature Film and Best Sound. This is the first time they have received an Oscar award!
On Monday (11/3/2024) at around 6:00 a.m., the 96th annual Academy Awards took place. The prestigious event took place at the Dolby® Theater at Ovation Hollywood, Los Angeles, and was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel for the fourth time.
At the 2024 Oscars, Oppenheimer’s film (2023) won seven awards and together with Poor Things dominated the annual event.
1. Dominating with Poor Things, Oppenheimer is Best Picture
Oppenheimer (2023) received 13 nominations, but only won seven awards on the night, including Best Picture, Best Directing, Actor in Leading A Role, Actor in Supporting A Role, Best Original Score, Best Cinematography, and Best Film Editing.
Meanwhile, Poor Things (2023) received 11 nominations and won four Oscar awards this year, including Actress in Leading A Role, Best Production Design, Best Costume Design, and Best Makeup and Hairstyling.
