The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has reportedly found a replacement for the cast of Sentry. Although Marvel Studios has not officially announced it, many reputable media outlets are reporting that Sentry will appear in the Thunderbolts movie, which will be the finale of Phase 5 of the MCU.
Recently, Steven Yeun announced his decision to quit the movie, which caused some problems in the production process.
However, according to Deadline, Lewis Pullman has been selected as Steven Yeun’s replacement to play the Sentry in the Thunderbolts MCU movie.
The 30-year-old actor is best known for his roles in movies like Top Gun: Maverick and The Strangers: Prey at Night. Now, he is preparing to join the biggest franchise ever.
New Experience for Pullman as Sentry in MCU

Jake Schreier will be directing the Thunderbolts movie which is scheduled to start shooting in the coming months.
Although the movie’s story has yet to be revealed, Thunderbolts shares similarities with DC’s Suicide Squad. We’ll see a group of villains who have to go on a dangerous mission, possibly risking their lives, and will likely show heroic actions.
Marvel has announced several actors and actresses who have appeared in the MCU who will appear in the film, including David Harbour (Red Guardian), Hannah John-Kamen (Ghost), Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine), Sebastian Stan (Winter Soldier), Wyatt Russell (John Walker), Olga Kurylenko (Taskmaster), and Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova).
The film’s production has been delayed several times, most recently due to the Hollywood strike last year.
Disney and Marvel Studios showed their seriousness in starting production without further delay by replacing Yeun quickly. Pullman, who has proven his talent in major films such as Bad Times at the El Royale, is an excellent actor.
This will give him a chance to shine in a more prominent project. Being in a superhero movie will also give Pullman a different experience than his previous roles.
