The second trailer for the thriller Trap has been released, along with a synopsis and release date. The first trailer, released two months ago, caught the attention of many since its initial release, especially because of the scene where Josh Hartnett is shown playing a serial killer at a pop concert.
You should know, Trap is M. Night Shyamalan’s first work as a director after leaving Universal to work with Warner Bros.

Trap Movie Synopsis
The movie Trap tells the story of Cooper, a father who tries to fulfill his teenage son’s wish to watch a concert of Lady Raven, the singer of his dreams. When they are already at the luxurious concert venue, the atmosphere unexpectedly turns into full of tension.
The concert wasn’t trouble, but was actually a trap set up to catch The Butcher, a serial killer. The biggest surprise was that Cooper turned out to be The Butcher himself.
The trailer immediately shows Cooper playing a video of the prisoner he brutally tortured. How creepy! How will the story continue?
To steal the show, Josh Harnett plays Cooper or The Butcher. Even though it’s only from the trailer, his acting performance has been praised by fans.

At the same time as the trailer launch, Warner Bros. Studio also announced that Trap will be coming to theaters on August 9, 2024.
However, before that date, the film will first hit international theaters on August 1, 2024.
