Trailer for Lord of the Rings: War of the Rohirrim shows the conflict of the Rohan nation 200 years ago
As a first step in promoting the movie, WB has launched the first trailer for War of the Rohirrim.
This trailer gives an overview of the conflict that the people of Rohan experienced about 200 years before the great battle that is famous throughout Middle-Earth, the War of the Ring, where the Dark Lord Sauron fought against all the inhabitants of Middle-Earth.
The story goes on to tell of a great war that took place earlier, involving the Rohans and the Dulendings. At that time, Prince Wulf of the Dulendings kingdom attempted to propose to Helm Hammerhand’s daughter, Hera.
However, Hera refused to marry the prince, which eventually sparked conflict and led to the death of the Dulendings’ leader, Freca. Thus, a battle between the two kingdoms was inevitable.
