Here are the 5 best songs from legendary British rock band Queen’s The Miraclehttps://global.dafunda.com/ (1989) album. As we know, some time ago, Queen released their latest song, ‘Face it Alone.’ This song was originally recorded in 1988.
Specifically when Queen were working on their 13th studio album, The Miracle (1989).

Queen The Miracle: Collector’s Edition
The release of the song was deliberately done as a promotional step for the re-release of the album. Specifically, Queen The Miracle: Collector’s Edition, which will be released on November 18, 2022.
So based on that statement, let us now hype the album’s re-release by re-ranking the 5 best songs from Queen’s The Miracle album.
Before starting there are 2 things I want to emphasize here. Firstly, these 5 song choices are SUBJECTIVE. Then secondly, the five songs were chosen from 10 songs that were featured when the album was released, aka the main tracks.
So yeah guys. There will be no bonus tracks on this list including, ‘Face it Alone.’
5. Rain Must Fall
The best song from Queen’s first album The Miracle (1989) is this song created by vocalist, Freddie Mercury and bassist, John Deacon.
The reason why I chose and also really like this song, is because of the concept of the music. Specifically, the overall musical arrangement makes ‘Rain Must Fall‘ sound very cool, carefree, and like sitting on the beach.
Anyway, this song sounds really relaxing on both ears. However, this doesn’t mean that they have to lose their musical prowess. This song is really good.
4. Breakthru
The next best song from Queen’s The Miracle (1989) album is ‘Breakthru.’
This song is probably, for me, one of Queen’s most structurally sound songs. That is, the song opens with a chorus of all Queen personnel singing the intro with very little or no instruments.
But as the chorus wears off, the tension slowly builds and finally, BOOM! Jumps right into the whole exuberant Power Pop vibe. But even when the adventure has begun. Mercury cs masih saja membangun cerita dan tensi lagunya.
Yes, the point is that in musical language. ‘Breakthru‘ has a Crescendo structure that is really good. The song is even better with Deacon’s bass, which sounds very lifelike.
3. I Want It All
This song has 2 versions. The first version is the original version of the album which is 4 minutes and 42 seconds long. And the music video version which lasts about 4 minutes and 5 seconds.
Now the difference between the two versions is that in the original version of the album (cassette, audio CD), the opening of the song is the guitar riff of the song which is then followed by the drum beat, and then the composition of the entire musical intro.
But if it’s a music video. The intro opens with the band’s choir singing the lyrics “I Want it All” three times, followed by “I Want it Now.” Then it’s straight into almost the end of the intro.
Another difference between the two is that Brian May’s solo guitar part is shortened for the music video version. But regardless, both versions are equally fun. This is because this song with Hard Rock genre and a little bit of Heavy Metal is really rocking.
2. Party/Khashoggi’s Ship
This is the first song that I’ve heard that really connects from one song to another. This song was probably meant to be a full song. But in the end they were separated as 2 separate songs.
But even though there is a separation between the end of ‘Party‘ and the beginning of ‘Khashoggi’s Ship,’ it’s literally like a piece of rope that still has a connection but the connection is waiting to be connected.
Still confused about what this is all about. Let’s listen to ‘Party‘ about 2-3 seconds before the song ends. Click on ‘Khashoggi’s Ship.’If you do that later, you’ll understand this point immediately.
1. Was It All Worth It
And this is my all-time favourite song from The Miracle album. Even in the discussion of 30 Syper Duper Cool Songs From Queen. ‘Was it All Worth It‘ is one of the top 5 songs.
The reason why I really like this song and in fact, I consider it the best song on the album is the musical composition. Specifically, the music composition, which sounds very grand.
Anyway, from the intro alone, it’s obvious that ‘Was It All Worth It’ will be a grand, complex song, but one that we can still enjoy. Not to mention that the song mentions the province and popular Indonesian tourist destination, Bali.
In essence, ‘Was it All Worth it‘ is not just a song for us to hear. But this song is basically an experience. It’s like watching a movie like Avatar.
Now the name of the experience in listening to a song that we cannot value or exchange with any enjoyment. And once again, ‘Was it All Worth it‘ delivers.
Okay guys. Those were the 5 best songs from The Miracle (1989) album by the legendary British rock band Queen. Out of these five songs, which one do you prefer?
