At the end of season 1 of the Solo Leveling anime, Sung Jin Woo is seen struggling in a dungeon to complete a job change task.
In that place, he managed to defeat Igris, a very powerful human-shaped monster in armor. But that wasn’t the only challenge he had to face. Jin Woo must also defeat a group of shadow monsters to complete the mission.

2. Solo Leveling Anime continues to Season 2
Solo Leveling fans can rejoice as their favorite anime will be continuing into a second season. This news was announced by the official Solo Leveling account, on March 30, 2024.
The second season of the anime will be titled “Arise from the Shadow” and is scheduled to release in late 2024, around October or November.
Anime Solo Leveling season 2 will consist of 13 episodes. After Sung Jin Woo becomes the Shadow Monarch, season 2 will begin the Red Gate Arc story.
In the first season, Sung Jin Woo tried to enter this dungeon with a red gate, but his strength was not enough to defeat the monsters inside.
Now, as the Shadow Monarch, is Jin Woo’s power on par with those monsters?
