1. Used to be a human
For those of you who have read the manga, you must already know about Kokushibo’s past. But for those of you who don’t know, Kokushibo was once a human named Michikatsu Tsugikuni.
He is a swordsman who is the brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni. Michikatsu is frustrated because he cannot surpass Yoriichi and is afraid of death because he has awakened the mark.
Seeing Michikatsu’s weakness, Muzan offered him to become a demon so that he could live a long time and become stronger. Michikatsu accepted Muzan’s offer to become a demon and changed his name to Kokushibo.
2. Muzan’s Most Powerful Subordinate
Ever since Michikatsu became a demon and changed his name to Kokushibo. Muzan now has very strong subordinates. The reason for this is because Kokushibo used to be a swordsman.

4. Losing because of being ganged up on
Although this Kokushibo is the strongest subordinate of Muzan, but still in the end Kokushibo was defeated by the current era Hashira. So in the final battle Kakushibo had to deal with Hashira Stone Gyomei Himejima, Hashira Wind Sanemi Shinazugawa, Hashira Mist Muichiro Tokito and Genya Shinazugawa.
