1. Hierarchy – June 7, 2024
Hierarchy is a Korean drama series that combines elements of mystery and romance. The story centers on Jooshin High School, an elite school that Jooshin Group built and is reserved for students from the upper class.
Students’ wealth and family status determine the hierarchy in this school, where only the top 0.01 percent of students have the power to organize law and order in the school.
However, when a transfer student arrives, the order is disturbed. The mysterious student signaled that there must be vulnerability in the already stable “hierarchical” system.
2. Nightmares and Daydreams – June 14, 2024
Not to be left behind from Indonesia is the series Nightmares and Daydreams by Joko Anwar. This science fiction and supernatural story tells the story of ordinary individuals who experience extraordinary events that turn out to be connected without realizing it. Several characters from various eras must face strange and unexpected events.
They are searching for answers about human existence behind a series of strange events that are linked to each other. The story takes place from 1985 to 2022.
Nightmares and Daydreams consists of seven episodes and can be watched on Netflix starting June 14, 2024.
3. Agents of Mystery – June 18, 2024
The next new Netflix series airing in June 2024 is still from South Korea called Agents of Mystery.
Agents of Mystery features famous comedians, KPop stars, and actors. They will bring an interesting combination of mystery and entertainment.
The series tells the story of an investigative team specially assigned to solve cases that cannot be solved by the regular department.
They will unravel puzzles in strange places. You can watch the series on Netflix starting June 18, 2024.
4. Gangs of Galicia – June 21, 2024
Next up comes from Spain. This drama thriller series titled Gangs of Galicia, by Jorge Guerricaechevarría, tells the story of Ana, a new lawyer who arrives in the small town of Cambados, Spain.
Her presence attracts the attention of Daniel, the son of a notorious drug dealer. The series highlights a story of forbidden love and revenge with a suspenseful and dramatic storyline. You can watch the series on Netflix starting June 21, 2024.
5. The Victims Game: Season 2 – June 21, 2024
In this second season, the story of Fang Yi-jen, a forensic scientist, and Hsu Hai-yin, an investigative journalist, continues. They are living a new life with their daughter, Chiang Hsiao-meng.
Unfortunately, Fang became involved in a series of deaths and became the prime suspect. These incidents are linked to a murder case he handled 15 years ago.
Prosecutor Chang Keng-hao has doubts about the honesty of Fang and his mentor, Lin Ching-jui. Fang teams up with Detective Chao Cheng-kuan and forensic examiner Hsueh Hsin-ning to uncover the true facts and prove his innocence.

6. Rising Impact – June 22, 2024
The next new Netflix original series comes from a golf-themed anime. Rising Impact consists of two parts, the first of which will begin airing on June 22, 2024.
The story in this series adapts the manga by Nakaba Suzuki. It follows the journey of Gawain Nanaumi, a third-grade boy, who embarks on an adventure with golf and competes with his rivals.
Using his physical strength and keen observation skills, he managed to hit the ball an impressive distance.
Then, Nanaumi meets Kiria Nishino, a professional golf athlete. With Kiria’s guidance, Nanaumi is accepted into Camelot Academy, a renowned educational institution that accepts talented and ambitious golfers from various countries.
At the school, his natural ability to play golf flourished as he competed with talented competitors from around the world.
7. That ’90s Show Season 2 – June 27, 2024
That ’90s Show is back with a second season. The sitcom is a continuation of the popular series That ’70s Show. Gail Mancuso directed the series, while Gregg Mettler, Bonnie Turner, Lindsey Turner, and Terry Turner acted as the writers.
The story takes place in the United States in the 1990s and follows a group of teenagers spending their summer in Wisconsin, USA.
The story centers on the main character named Leia Forman, who is the granddaughter of Kitty and Red Forman. Leia decides to spend her summer in Wisconsin, where her parents grew up.
The second season of the story takes place in the summer of 1996. Leia and her friends have aged by one year.
Now, they are enjoying their school vacation without their grandparents knowing, so they have more time to build relationships, deal with breakups, and deal with various problems. That ’90s Show Season 2 will air on Netflix starting June 27, 2024.
8. Supacell – June 30, 2024
The next new Netflix series that will air in June 2024 is Supacell. Supacell is a British science fiction drama by director Rapman. It tells the story of five ordinary people living in South London who suddenly gain superpowers.
Although they don’t seem to have any obvious connection to each other, the only thing they have in common is their black skin color. Their extraordinary abilities attract the attention of entities with great power.
