Interestingly, this webtoon was written by a real doctor, Dr. Lee Nak Jun, better known by the pen name Hansanleega. Dr. Lee Nak Jun is a specialist in ENT.

This drama stars the famous South Korean actor Ju Ji Hoon. He is an actor who previously played a role in the drama Light Shop and this time plays the character Baek Kang Hyuk, a genius surgeon who has served in conflict areas.
