Korean dramas are not only widely known on television, but also continue to gain recognition through various prestigious awards. This year, the Korea Drama Awards 2025 once again presents a number of nominees featuring many famous stars.
Our Unwritten Seoul and Resident Playbook emerged as the top Korean dramas on this year’s list of nominees. Meanwhile, the cast of When Life Gives You Tangerines also received nominations. However, this Korean drama was not included in this year’s Best Picture category.
Voting for the main awards will begin on August 28 and run until September 22. This year, 92 dramas are participating. These dramas aired in the past year on three major television stations, cable channels, public program networks, and OTT platforms.
