The story of The First Frost, tells of the relationship between Sang Yan (Bai Jing Ting) and Wen Yi Fan (Zhang Ruo Nan). Both of them were best friends during high school. However, they were forced to part ways after completing their education.
However, fate brought them together again in adulthood. This is where the feelings that were once there began to reappear. Their meeting started under unexpected circumstances. Wen Yi Fan, was forced to leave her apartment due to problems with her neighbors.
Meanwhile, Sang Yan’s apartment was damaged by fire. This situation makes them have to live in the same rental house. The story continues as feelings deepen between the two.
Sang Yan, who appears to be indifferent, actually cares deeply for Wen Yi Fan. However, their relationship faces challenges from memories of the past. Including the cause of their breakup and promises that were once broken.
