1. Sinister Twelve
Spider-Man’s first enemy is the Sinister Twelve. Perhaps two to six of Spider-Man’s enemies can be dealt with provided they work together, and just take turns fighting Spider-Man.
But what if all of Spider-Man’s enemies banded together and all worked well together? Surely they can defeat Spider-Man quickly. Now the appearance of Sinister Twelve is actually quite short.
So the story goes that Spider-Man and Black Cat broke Norman Osborn out of prison to find out the whereabouts of Aunt May. But Spider-Man and Black Cat must face off against 12 villains at once.
Of course, the unprepared Spider-Man had to ask for help from other superheroes to fight the Sinister Twelve and he was helped by Captain America, Iron Man, Hank Pym, Dardevil, and the Fantastic Four.
2. Inheritors
Spider-Man’s next Avengers-fighting enemy is the Inheritors. If you ask who is the most powerful enemy of Spider-Man, then this family of vampires is among the most powerful enemies of Spider-Man.
You see, they are hunting down a number of Spider-Man from alternate realities. Even Takuya Yamashiro’s character along with the robot Leopardon and the Japanese Spider-Man and a number of Spider-Man from other dimensions, must work together to face this vampire family.
Seeing how dangerous they are in the Spider-Man comics, of course, we all expect that the Inheritors can indeed fight the Avengers.
3. Symbiote
Spider-Man’s next Avengers-fighting enemy is the Symbiote. As we know Symbiote is an alien race created by Knull, they also possess several humans to serve as hosts.
Now these Symbiotes are very numerous, they can even give birth to other Symbiotes by dividing themselves. Even so, these Symbiotes have different goals, but if they work together, they will certainly become a troublesome enemy of the Avengers.
4. Norman Osborn
An enemy of Spider-Man who can fight the Avengers is Norman Osborn. Norman Osborn or commonly known as the Green Goblin, is one of Spider-Man’s most iconic enemies.
At first glance, Norman Osborn may not be as dangerous as Spider-Man’s other enemies, but there are some actions of Norman Osborn that can endanger a country. Norman is a smart guy but he is often plagued by his own madness.
According to the comics, after the events of Secret Invasion, Norman is considered a hero by society. Even the government supported Norman to form his own group, already getting the green light, he immediately built the Dark Avengers by recruiting supervillains who pretended to be superheroes. Surely Norman Osborn and his Dark Avengers can fight the Avengers.
