In a livestreaming session that took place on June 23, 2023, HoYoverse announced the release date for Genshin Impact v3.8. This update, Genshin Impact takes on the theme of “Summer?! Mysterious Fantasy Park!”.
This update invites players to explore a limited-time area full of various Open World gameplay. Summer entertainment attractions, and rewards galore with Klee and Kaeya in their new costumes.
In addition, HoYoverse also showed off the cityscape of Fontaine, a large area that will be released, for the first time at the end of today’s Special Event.

Genshin Impact v3.8 Detail
This summer, a new area called “Veluriyam Mirage”, with high mountains, forested valleys, dark caves and various entertainment attractions awaits your summer visit to Teyvat.
Players can also fully explore this Mirage with two Open World game modes: Blast Train, which carries passengers throughout the area on sled-like transportation, or Prefabricated.
This tool can transport players to a two-dimensional world to unlock hidden puzzles and treasures. By exploring these areas, players can collect Joyeux Vouchers to redeem for various rewards, including Kaeya’s new Costume.
Veluriyam Mirage will also present four special summer gameplay events with various prizes, including the opportunity to recruit Layla for free.
