However, the most frequent portrayer is Kane Hodder who has appeared as Jason in all four Friday the 13th films such as: Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood, Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan, Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday, Jason X.

Specifically, the name Jason was inspired by the combination of Miller’s two children: Josh and Ian. Voorhees, meanwhile, is the name of one of Miller’s friends from high school.

In the first movie, it was shown that Jason’s first killing act was due to seeing a couple having sex. Although it may seem like a coincidence at first, the fact is that it was.
