We won’t be able to see the Winter Soldier and Baron Zemo in the upcoming Captain America 4 movie.
Anthony Mackie has announced that Bucky Barnes, an important character in every Captain America movie, will not be present in Captain America: Brave New World.
In a recent interview, Mackie also revealed that not only Sebastian Stan will not be attending, but also Daniel Brühl will not be present.
Daniel Brühl himself played Baron Zemo in the previous movies. Thus, we will not be able to see the Winter Soldier and Baron Zemo in the movie.
The trio of Mackie, Stan, and Bruhl actually made quite an entertaining appearance in The Falcon & The Winter Soldier. Mackie enjoyed the experience so much that he hopes the series will get a second season, rather than seeing the story continue in the movie.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier tells the story of when these three characters become involved in a global conspiracy involving a new terrorist group called the Flag Smasher.
They need to work together to deal with a growing threat, while facing old and new enemies. During their journey, they meet several characters, including John Walker, who replaces Captain America.
Captain America 4 Movie will Continue The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
Captain America: Brave New World or Captain America 4 will be a direct continuation of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series. As of now, no information has been leaked about the movie’s storyline. Also, there is no certainty about who will be the main enemy.
It is clear that Mackie will be back and he will be joined by Danny Ramirez as Joaquin Torres, who will be the new Falcon. Also joining the cast is Shira Haas, who will play an Israeli superhero named Sabra.
Carl Lumbly will also return as Isaiah Bradley, who previously appeared in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series.
