The Russo Brothers, the producers, have announced the latest developments regarding the movie Extraction 3. After they left the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Russo Brothers often collaborate with actors from the MCU for their latest projects.
“Yeah, we’re developing it right now, figuring out Chris’ schedule,” Joe Russo told Total Film. “Sam Hargrave is directing again. It’s an interesting franchise because he’s (Chris Hemsworth’s character) a very emotionally scarred character, so there’s a good story there I think in terms of his background.”

2. Extraction Synopsis
For those of you who don’t know, the Extraction series tells the story of Tyler Rake (Chris Hemsworth), a mercenary who receives an offer to free the kidnapped son of a prominent gangster.
During the mission, Tyler saw an opportunity to make amends for his past mistakes. However, what initially appears to be an easy rescue mission, soon turns into a very dangerous situation.
He then finds himself caught in a fierce battle between a sadistic drug cartel boss and the other mercenaries trying to stop him.
For viewers who have watched to the end of Extraction 2, the news of Extraction 3 may not come as a surprise.
